Credicorp is becoming CreditCorp. Same team, same lending — a clearer name. Read what’s changing

What stays exactly the same

Creditcorp is a new brand name growing alongside Credicorp — not a replacement, and not a different business. Here is everything that is unaffected.

Our new name

Continuity

The company

Credicorp Limited, company number 16093826, registered in England and Wales, remains the lender behind every Credicorp Business Loan, Credicorp Flex and Credicorp Slice agreement — whether you found us through credicorp.co.uk or creditcorp.co.uk. CM Beyer Limited remains the related company that services accounts, also unchanged on both sites. Neither entity is being replaced, sold, or wound down as part of this.

The products

The Business Loan, Flex and Slice products are the same products, on the same basis, whichever brand name you see them under. Lending is to UK limited companies and LLPs for business purposes — that scope has not changed.

How we are regulated and how we operate

  • Our exempt-business-lender status and the basis on which we lend are unchanged.
  • Our registered office, our Companies House filing and our ICO data-protection registration are unchanged.
  • Our complaints process, data-request process and contact channels are unchanged.
  • The team assessing applications and servicing accounts is unchanged.

This site

credicorp.co.uk is not closing, being retired, or being wound down. It continues as a full, independently useful site for the foreseeable future, running alongside creditcorp.co.uk rather than being replaced by it.
