A note on our name
Same company. New name.
We now use the Creditcorp trading wordmark. Same UK business lender, same team, same company — only the name on the door has changed.
Why the change
Over the years, the people we lend to have known us by both spellings — and many have always read our name as "Credit Corp". We are now using the clearer version. "Creditcorp" says plainly what we do: short-term credit for businesses that need to bridge a gap.

Creditcorp reads the way customers already say it. Less second-guessing of the spelling, less confusion when someone searches for us or recommends us to another business owner.

Nothing about who we are is changing. Same registration, same registered office, same servicing arrangements, same careful approach to lending. A wordmark is changing — not the business behind it.

Your facility is unaffected
If you already borrow from us, your agreement, balance and repayment dates stay exactly as they are. You do not need to do anything. We now appear as Creditcorp.

Creditcorp is the name you see first. The older Credicorp addresses keep redirecting, so saved links and bookmarks are not lost.

The legal entity is unchanged
At every step the company behind the name remains the same legal entity, on the same public register. The trading wordmark is what is changing — not the company you contracted with.
Quick questions
Is this a different company now?
No. It is the same UK company you already deal with, now using the Creditcorp trading wordmark. The registration and registered office do not change.
Do I need to do anything to my loan?
No. Your agreement, balance, repayment dates and bank details are unchanged. There is nothing to sign and nothing to update.
Will my old links and emails still work?
Yes. Existing web addresses keep working and redirect to the right place, and emails from us remain genuine. We will never ask you to move money to a new account because of a name change — if anyone does, it is not us.
Are you now linked to another "Credit Corp" company?
No. Changing our wordmark does not link us to any other business. We remain unconnected to Credicorp of Peru and to Credit Corp Group of Australia — each is a separate and unrelated company.
Do you still only lend to businesses?
Yes. We lend to UK limited companies and LLPs for business purposes. That is unchanged — we are not a consumer lender.

Creditcorp is the trading wordmark of Credicorp Limited, a UK company registered in England and Wales with company number 16093826. It is the same legal entity throughout this change — a business lender to UK limited companies and LLPs, not a consumer lender. You can confirm us on the public register at any time.
