A group update
We have changed. Credit Corp Group is now active.
Credicorp is joining Credit Corp Group. Nothing you rely on has changed — for now, keep using Credicorp exactly as you do today. The move to Credit Corp Group is happening in careful, phased steps, and we will give you clear notice before anything reaches your account.
What is happening
Credicorp is being brought together with the rest of our group under one group company, Credit Corp Group. That company is now up and running. You do not need to do anything, and the way you borrow from and deal with us stays the same for now.
-
Credit Corp Group is now active
Credit Corp Group Limited is registered and running as our group company. Over time it is intended to become the principal operating company for the lending business. You can read the corporate record, with the public filings, on the group site.
-
Keep using Credicorp for now
Credicorp Limited remains the lender on your agreement. Your balance, your repayment dates and the people you deal with are unchanged. Carry on using Credicorp, the same website and the same customer area, exactly as before.
-
A phased, transparent move
The lending business, customer agreements and trade marks are planned to move across to Credit Corp Group in stages, not overnight. Each step that affects you is announced with clear notice first. Nothing about your account changes quietly.
How the transition works
The change from Credicorp Limited to Credit Corp Group Limited runs in four phases. We are at the parallel-brands stage today.
-
Done
Launch — the group company is set up
Credit Corp Group Limited was incorporated on 14 July 2026 and adopted its current name on 15 July 2026. The group company is live and its records are public.
-
Now
Parallel brands — both names run side by side
Credicorp and Credit Corp Group operate alongside each other. Credicorp Limited is still the lender on your agreement, and Credicorp is the name and website you keep using. Nothing has transferred yet.
-
Next
Transfer — the business moves across in stages
The lending business, customer contracts and trade marks are intended to move to Credit Corp Group Limited over time, with Credicorp Limited stepping back gradually. We write to you before any step reaches your account.
-
Then
Credit Corp Group takes over
Credit Corp Group Limited becomes the principal operating company for the lending business — the same lending, the same standards and the same team, under the group name.
Quick questions
Is Credicorp closing?
Not now. Credicorp Limited remains the lender today and you should keep using Credicorp as normal. The plan is for the business to move to Credit Corp Group in phases, with clear notice at each step — nothing happens without telling you first.
Do I need to do anything to my loan?
No. Your agreement, balance, repayment dates and bank details are unchanged. There is nothing to sign and nothing to update because of this.
What is Credit Corp Group Limited?
It is our group company, registered in England and Wales with company number 17338274. Over time it is intended to become the principal operating company for the lending business. Credicorp Limited (company number 16093826) remains your lender for now.
Will my old links and emails still work?
Yes. Existing web addresses keep working, and emails from us remain genuine. We will never ask you to move money to a new account because of a name or group change — if anyone does, it is not us.
Do you still only lend to businesses?
Yes. We still lend only to UK limited companies and LLPs for business purposes, never to consumers. That does not change with the group transition.
