Paying by bank transfer
You can pay by bank transfer (Faster Payments) using the sort code, account number and payment reference shown on your statement or in your official Credicorp correspondence. Always use the reference exactly as shown so we can match the payment to your agreement.
Stay safe from payment fraud
We will never ask you to send a payment to a different account by phone, text or email. If you are ever asked to pay an account number that does not match your statement, stop and contact us first. Our public contact details are on the Contact us page; payment-account details are only ever issued through your official statement and correspondence.

Where do I find my agreement reference?
It’s printed on your statement and included in every email or letter we send about your agreement. If you can’t find it, sign in to your account or contact us and we’ll help.
How long does a bank transfer take to reach you?
Faster Payments usually arrive the same day, but allow up to two working days. Pay a few days before your due date so the payment is matched in time.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. Enter your reference above (or sign in) to reach our secure card-payment page. We never take full card details over email.
Is paying online safe?
Payments are taken on our secure portal over an encrypted connection. We will never ask you to move your payment to a different account — always check the reference matches your statement.
