Most payments come out by Direct Debit. You do not need to do anything — they happen on the dates in your loan agreement.
Pay early?
You can pay early at any time. There may be a charge — up to 28 days of interest. We often do not charge it. Ask us for a settlement figure first. It shows the amount before you pay.
Might miss a payment?
Tell us BEFORE the date. We can usually agree a plan if you let us know in time.
