Is Creditcorp a completely new company?
No. Creditcorp is a brand name associated with CM Beyer Limited, a UK company related to Credicorp Limited, under a trademark coexistence agreement between the two. It is not an unrelated third party and it is not a new lender competing with us.
Will I be asked to move my agreement from Credicorp to Creditcorp?
Not as part of this brand change. Your existing agreement stays with Credicorp Limited on the terms you signed. If anything about that ever needed to change, we would contact you directly and explain it — not simply relabel it.
Why register a second, similar-sounding trade mark at all?
The two related companies wanted long-term legal certainty that both names could be used without dispute. A formal coexistence agreement — covered in our Newsroom article — achieves that cleanly, rather than leaving the position ambiguous.
Does this affect my Credicorp Flex or Credicorp Slice product specifically?
No. All three products — Business Loan, Flex and Slice — continue exactly as described in your agreement and on this site, regardless of which brand name appears in marketing you happen to see.
How will I know if credicorp.co.uk is closing down?
It is not currently planned, and we would say so clearly, in the Newsroom and on this page, well in advance — not leave people to guess from a quiet decline in updates. As things stand, this site continues in full alongside creditcorp.co.uk.
Who do I contact if I am ever unsure which brand I am dealing with?

Does the Creditcorp brand apply outside the UK?
This FAQ, and the rest of credicorp.co.uk, addresses the UK business-lending relationship between Credicorp Limited and CM Beyer Limited only.
