The Creditcorp trade mark is now registered

CM Beyer Limited holds the Creditcorp trade mark (UK00004379570), now entered on the UK Intellectual Property Office register. Nothing changes for Credicorp customers.

Company news

On 24 July 2026, the UK Intellectual Property Office registered the figurative Creditcorp trade mark. CM Beyer Limited (company number 17009212) is the proprietor, under UK Trade Mark Registration No. UK00004379570, in Class 35 (advertising, marketing and business administration) and Class 36 (financial, banking and credit services). The mark was filed on 28 April 2026 and is renewable every ten years from that date.

How this sits alongside the Credicorp mark

Credicorp Limited remains the registered proprietor of UK Trade Mark Registration No. UK00004156742 for the figurative Credicorp mark, in Class 36 and Class 45. The two marks are held by two different companies within the same group and coexist under the mutual trademark coexistence, consent and licensing agreement signed on 30 April 2026. The full background is in our earlier article, Trademark coexistence with CM Beyer Limited and the Creditcorp brand.

What this means for customers

For customers of Credicorp Limited, nothing changes. Your lender is still Credicorp Limited (company number 16093826), your agreement and account are exactly as before, and you continue to deal with us under the Credicorp brand. Creditcorp is the primary brand name you will see in marketing, and the Credicorp spelling stays on the legal entity and the loan products.
