As 2025 draws to a close, here is a short update on how to reach us over the Christmas period — and our thanks to our customers for what has been a strong second year of trading.
Festive contact hours
Our phone lines will be open during normal office hours up to and including 23 December, then closed for the bank holidays. We re-open from Monday 5 January 2026.
Email and our online forms will continue to be monitored over the period, with a small team in place to handle anything urgent. As usual, responses on bank holidays themselves will be limited to genuinely urgent matters. Self-service options on our Support page and our FAQs remain available 24/7.
If a payment is due over the break
Direct Debits will be processed by your bank on the usual dates, even if those fall on a bank holiday — the payment will simply move to the next working day where required. If you think you may struggle with a payment over the period, please use the Payment Extension form on the Forms & Requests page before the due date so we can agree an alternative quickly.

This time last year we were just six weeks into trading. Twelve months on we have a real customer base, a knowledge base of Support Articles shaped by what customers have asked us, and a clearer picture of where we add the most value.
