The cost of borrowing, itemised
Most lenders show you a repayment. This page shows you the anatomy of one: the daily interest, the establishment fee, the total cost of credit, the cost per £100 borrowed and every dated payment — for a Credicorp Business Loan at whatever amount, term and payment cadence you choose. If a number surprises you here, it can't surprise you in an agreement.
Example. Illustrative breakdown from our published pricing — not an offer. Your formal quote and agreement are produced when your company applies.

Where each number comes from
- Interest is simple, not compound: amount × daily rate × days. There is no interest on interest, and repaying early stops the clock.
- The establishment fee is a fixed one-off added to the cost of credit — it does not scale with the amount.
- The total cost of credit (interest plus fee) is capped at 100% of the amount borrowed. If a combination of amount and term would breach the cap, the breakdown shows the capped figure and says so.
- Payments are equal instalments at your chosen cadence, with any rounding remainder carried by the final payment — so the schedule always sums to the total repayable to the penny.
Questions directors ask
- Is there a charge for repaying early?
- Settling early stops daily interest accruing, which is the point of a daily-rate product. An early-settlement charge of a few days' interest can apply, as set out in your agreement — the saving from settling early normally dwarfs it.
- Are there any charges this breakdown doesn't show?
- The breakdown shows the full scheduled cost: interest plus the establishment fee. A missed-payment fee exists and is listed in your agreement, but it is avoidable by definition and never part of the scheduled cost.
- Will the figures change when I actually apply?
- The rate, fee and cap here are our published pricing — the same engine prices your application. What can change is the amount and term we offer, which depend on underwriting. The arithmetic will not.
