2024 — Credicorp Limited opens for business
Credicorp Limited (company number 16093826) is incorporated and begins lending to UK limited companies and LLPs under the Credicorp Business Loan, and later Flex and Slice, products.
2025 — the Credicorp trade mark is registered
UK Trade Mark Registration No. UK00004156742 for the figurative Credicorp mark is entered on the UK register, covering financial services and related classes.
2026 — the Creditcorp application and coexistence agreement
CM Beyer Limited files a UK trade mark application for the related figurative Creditcorp mark. Because the two marks are visually and phonetically close, Credicorp Limited and CM Beyer Limited enter a mutual trademark coexistence, consent and licensing agreement so both names can be used, worldwide, without either company challenging the other. Now — two sites, running alongside each other
creditcorp.co.uk is live and growing as the newer brand home, publishing its own content under the Creditcorp name. credicorp.co.uk continues in full — same company, same products, same team — and is not going anywhere.
