Rules for using the Credicorp marks in journalism, partner content, comparison sites and customer-facing materials.
Journalists and content creators
You may use the Credicorp wordmark and logo in news, reviews, comparison articles and educational content. Please:
- Use the unmodified logo from the assets page.
- Keep the clear-space rule from the style guide.
- Refer to the boilerplate on the assets page for a one-paragraph company description.
- Email press@credicorp.co.uk for quotes, interviews or fact-checks.
Partners and affiliates
If we have a written partnership in place, you may use "Credicorp partner" or "Authorised broker" copy with the marks. The wording is supplied in your partner agreement. If you do not have a written agreement and you want to use the Credicorp name, please email partnerships@credicorp.co.uk first.
Specifically NOT permitted without a written agreement:
- Claiming an official partnership, certification or accreditation.
- Using the Credicorp name in your own legal company name or trading name.
- Registering a domain that contains "credicorp" or a close misspelling.
- Using the Credicorp name in paid search ads as the advertiser name.
- Building a chatbot, AI assistant or app that uses the Credicorp brand to imply it speaks for us.
Comparison sites and competitors
You may list Credicorp on comparison or directory sites alongside other lenders, using the wordmark from the assets page. We ask that:
- The information is accurate and current — please check headline figures against /business-loans/ before publishing.
- The Credicorp listing links to credicorp.co.uk, not to an affiliate redirect chain.
- Competitor sites do not imply they are Credicorp or that we endorse them.
Customers
You can mention you borrow from Credicorp wherever you like — testimonials, social posts, accountant reports or business plans. Please use the official wordmark if you include the logo, and do not edit it. If you would like to be quoted in our newsroom or case studies, email press@credicorp.co.uk.
When to ask first
- Building a software integration that uses the Credicorp brand.
- Producing merchandise (clothing, mugs, stickers) with the marks.
- Using the marks in any context that could be mistaken for an official Credicorp product.
Email partnerships@credicorp.co.uk with a one-paragraph description and we will get back to you.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to revoke permission for any of the above where the use is misleading, damaging or has been misrepresented. Where third parties impersonate Credicorp we will pursue takedowns, criminal complaints and civil action as appropriate.
Report misuse or impersonation to legal@credicorp.co.uk — see the trademark policy for the full reporting steps.
