How to install and use the Credicorp app


Credicorp is available as an installable app on iPhone, Android and desktop browsers. It is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — installed straight from your browser, no app-store download required, with the same secure session as the website.

iPhone or iPad (iOS Safari)

  1. Open https://credicorp.co.uk/app/ in Safari. (In-app browsers like Chrome on iOS cannot install — Safari is required on iOS.)
  2. Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen (the square with the upward arrow).
  3. Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen”.
  4. Tap “Add”. The app icon appears on your home screen.

Android (Chrome, Edge or Samsung Internet)

  1. Open https://credicorp.co.uk/app/ in Chrome, Edge or Samsung Internet.
  2. Tap the menu (three dots, top-right).
  3. Tap “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”.
  4. The app installs and appears in your app drawer.

We are working on a Google Play Store listing. The install above gives you the same app today.

Desktop (Chrome or Edge)

  1. Sign in to /portal/ in the browser.
  2. Look for the Install icon in the address bar (a monitor with a downward arrow).
  3. Click it (or open the browser menu and pick “Install Credicorp”).
  4. The app opens in its own window — pin it to your dock or taskbar.

What’s in the app

Everything you can do in the website portal: dashboard, loan details and schedule, make a payment, apply for a top-up, statements, messages, support tickets, profile and security.

Privacy & security

The app uses the same secure session as the website. There is no separate password, and nothing extra is collected because you installed the app. The same encryption and audit controls apply.

If something goes wrong

  • Pull down to refresh a stuck screen.
  • Close and reopen the app if a new version is waiting — the service worker activates the new version on next open.
  • The Profile tab has an “Open in web browser” button that opens the same account in your phone’s browser, in case you prefer the desktop site for a particular task.
  • If you change phone, install on the new device and sign in with your existing email and password — your loan and history are already there.
