Install on your device
iPhone / iPad (iOS Safari)
- Open this page in Safari (not in-app browsers like Chrome on iOS — they cannot install).
- Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen (the square with the upward arrow).
- Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen".
- Tap Add. The app icon appears on your home screen alongside your other apps.
Android (Chrome / Edge / Samsung Internet)
- Open this page in Chrome, Edge or Samsung Internet.
- Tap the menu (three dots, top-right).
- Tap "Install app" or "Add to Home screen".
- The app installs and the icon appears in your app drawer.
The Play Store listing is in progress; the install above gives you the same app today.
Desktop (Chrome / Edge)
- Sign in to /portal/ in the browser.
- When the address bar shows an Install icon (a monitor with a downward arrow), click it.
- Or open the browser menu and pick "Install Credicorp".
- The app opens in its own window with no address bar — pin it to your dock or taskbar.
What you can do in the app
- See your dashboard — outstanding balance, next payment, last activity.
- View loan details — schedule, statement of borrowing, full payment history.
- Make a payment — card via Stripe, or set up Direct Debit.
- Apply for a new loan or a top-up.
- Open and respond to support tickets.
- Download statements, KIS and Business Loan Agreement PDFs.
- Manage notification preferences (email, SMS, push).
- Update your profile, password, 2FA and passkeys.
- Sign out in one tap from anywhere.
Privacy & security
The app uses the same secure session as our website — there is no separate password, and nothing extra is collected about you because you installed the app. The same encryption and audit controls apply.
Offline behaviour
The app caches your last dashboard view so you can open it without a connection. Sensitive actions (signing in, making a payment, sending a message) wait for connectivity and show a small banner when you are offline. They are queued only when explicitly noted in the screen.
Updates
The app updates automatically in the background. When a new version is ready, a small banner asks you to reload — your work is saved.
Troubleshooting
- If the app feels stuck, pull down to refresh the current screen.
- If pages don't load after an update, close and reopen the app — the service worker activates the new version on next open.
- If you want the desktop site, the Profile tab has an "Open in web browser" button that opens the same account in your phone's browser.
- If you change phone, install on the new device and sign in with your existing email and password — your loan and history are already there.
