We keep customer records for as long as we are legally required to and no longer. For most customer-loan records that is around six years after the relationship ends, in line with UK consumer-credit and tax-record rules.
Can I get my loan documents in large print or another format?
Yes. If standard letters, statements or forms are hard for you to read, we can provide them in larger print, in plain language, or in an accessible electronic format on request.
