A personal guarantee is a promise a director signs to repay the company’s debt out of their own pocket if the business cannot. It can put your home and personal savings on the line for a business loan — which is why so many directors look specifically for lending without one. At Credicorp, **there is no personal guarantee**. Your limited company borrows, and the director who signs is not personally liable.

### What “no personal guarantee” actually means here
